Contact requests

When you use the contact form, LELTZ processes your name, email address, organisation, event, date, location and the contents of your message. The first page visited, referring website and any campaign parameters are also stored with the request. This information is needed to assess and answer your request and to understand which owned pages and campaigns lead to enquiries.

A request that does not lead to an assignment is deleted no later than twelve months after the last contact. Information that becomes part of an assignment or business administration is retained for as long as required to perform the work and meet legal record-keeping obligations.

Website analytics

LELTZ uses Google Analytics 4 only after you have given permission. Without permission, the Analytics tag is not loaded. Advertising personalisation, advertising storage and Google Signals are disabled. After permission, Google Analytics may process technical information such as device type, browser, approximate location and pages visited.

You can change your choice at any time through Analytics preference at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing permission stops new Analytics measurements on this device.

Service providers

LELTZ uses Cloudflare, Sanity, Resend and Google Analytics for hosting, security, content, images, email delivery and statistics. Only the information required for their task is shared. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, appropriate contractual safeguards are used.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your personal data. You may also object to processing. Email robin@leltz.media to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
