The story
Live at the Lake brought two days of live music to the Noord Aa lakeside beach in Zoetermeer on 21 and 22 August 2026. Friday featured Ruth Jacott, Yves Berendse, Bizzey, This Is ABBA and Outsiders. On Saturday, Snelle & De Lieve Jongens Band, Billy The Kit, Gerard Joling, Baby Blue and La Fuente took the stage.
The photo story follows the festival from daylight into the night. Artist portraits, onstage interaction and spontaneous moments among the audience are combined with wide images that reveal the scale of the event. As darkness falls, colour, smoke and fire begin to dominate the scene.
The result is a complete series that goes beyond documenting the performances and captures how Live at the Lake developed across two days towards a packed and energetic finale.
